Privacy policy of Employment

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing your employment with Sky Educational Consultancy Services. As an employee, you agree to abide by these terms and any policies, procedures, or directives established by the Company.

1. Position and Duties

You are employed as TeleCaller. Your role and duties include assisting students with academic planning, advising on study programs, preparing application materials, and other tasks as assigned.

You agree to perform your duties to the best of your abilities and comply with all Company policies, procedures, and relevant laws.

2. Working Hours and Location

Your normal working hours will be from 9.45 AM to 5.45 PM, Monday through Saturday. The Company reserves the right to modify your working hours as necessary to meet operational requirements.

3. Confidentiality

During and after your employment, you agree not to disclose or use any confidential or proprietary information obtained during your employment, including but not limited to client details, student records, marketing strategies, or financial data.

This obligation applies to any and all confidential information, whether or not explicitly marked as confidential, that may be shared within the scope of your duties.

4. Code of Conduct

You are expected to maintain a high standard of professional conduct, including treating all company staff, students, clients, and colleagues with respect and dignity.

You must comply with all relevant legal and ethical standards in the performance of your duties, including those related to student privacy and the Company’s reputation.

5. Termination of Employment

Your employment may be terminated by the Company with or without cause and with or without notice, subject to any legal requirements.

You may terminate your employment by providing 2 months' written notice to the Company.

Upon termination of employment, you are required to return all Company property, including laptops, phones, documents, and any other materials related to your role.

6. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be amended or modified at any time by the Company. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing.

7. Acknowledgment

By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
